The contact form

When you send the form, we receive your name, email address, project type, budget range and message. We use them only to reply to you and, if you want one, to prepare a proposal.

The form is sent as an email to our own mailbox, which is hosted by Dynadot. To keep out spam, Vercel BotID checks that a message comes from a person, using technical details from your browser and no cookies. We don’t store form submissions in a database. We keep the email for as long as our conversation needs it, and delete it within 12 months if no project follows.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to see how many pages are viewed. It works without cookies and without storing anything that identifies you, which is why there is no cookie banner.

Cookies

This website does not set any cookies.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel. To deliver pages securely, their servers process technical data such as your IP address. We don’t use that data.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email info@helderstudio.com and we’ll reply within a month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
